For each project, we agree how information, AI support, review, and responsibility will be handled.
Evidence and human review
Sources, confirmed facts, assumptions, interpretations, limitations, and recommendations stay distinct. Relevant bias risks are named, and a person reviews consequential claims and final deliverables.
Accountability, retention, and escalation
Humans remain responsible. Storage and deletion expectations are defined. Questions requiring specialist expertise are referred to an appropriate professional.
Human responsibility
People retain context, review authority, and responsibility for final decisions.
Project-specific privacy, AI use, authorship, ownership, credit, permitted use, retention, and deletion terms are confirmed in writing. Internal working materials are included only when agreed in scope; this does not limit required disclosures or agreed source and authorship information.
A working protocol
Review the practice as the tools change.
The protocol is reviewed regularly and when tools, policies, or new information change the work. A change affecting client permissions or information use is agreed before it is applied.
