This informational site does not use an inquiry form, client portal, payment form, advertising trackers, or intended audience analytics. Hosting and email providers may process technical or message information needed to operate their services. External links follow their own privacy and security practices.

Epoch Cure uses the details you choose to share to respond, assess fit, plan an authorized next step, and maintain ordinary business records.

Do not include passwords, credentials, health records, legal files, employee or student records, full financial account data, or confidential source files in an initial inquiry. Information boundaries and an approved transfer route are confirmed before project materials are requested.

Booking links open Calendly, a separate service. Details you provide are used to arrange and manage the meeting and may pass to connected calendar or conferencing services. Please keep booking notes free of sensitive information.

Calendly has its own cookies and data practices. Review its privacy notice before booking. You can contact Epoch Cure by email instead. Booking does not by itself authorize recording or AI-assisted meeting capture.

Before any AI-supported use of client material, Epoch Cure confirms the purpose, permission, minimum-necessary information, de-identification where feasible, human reviewer, and retention or deletion expectations.

Correspondence and booking information are retained as reasonably needed for the inquiry, engagement, recordkeeping, or a legal obligation. Connected providers also apply their own retention practices. No electronic system can promise absolute security. This notice is reviewed when services or data-processing tools change.
